Ultimate Queenstown Getaway Giveaway

1. Promoter

The Ultimate Queenstown Getaway Giveaway ("Promotion") is conducted by Fino Wine Bar ("Promoter"), in partnership with The Carlin Hotel, KJet, Wet Jacket Wines, Queenstown Fishing, and Body Sanctum Spa ("Partners").

2. Promotion Period

  • The Promotion starts at 12:01 AM (NZDT) on Monday, 10th March 2025.

  • Entries close at 11:59 PM (NZDT) on Wednesday, 16th April 2025.

  • The winner will be drawn on Thursday, 17th April 2025 and notified via email and/or phone.

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to anyone aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Flight to and from Queenstown to home destination are excluded and sole responsibility of the winner.

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Fino Wine Bar or its partners are not eligible to enter.

  • The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.\

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  1. Follow Fino Wine Bar and all listed partners on Instagram.

  2. Tag at least one friend in the comments of the giveaway post.

  3. Submit their details via the official entry form (landing page).

  4. Only one entry per person is allowed; however, participants may receive bonus entries for sharing the giveaway post (if specified in campaign posts).

5. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive the Ultimate Queenstown Getaway for Two, including:

  • Two (2) nights’ accommodation at The Carlin Hotel (with daily breakfast).

  • A jet boat ride with KJet Queenstown.

  • A wine tasting experience at Wet Jacket Wines.

  • A half-day fishing tour with Queenstown Fishing.

  • A Body Sanctum Spa voucher for two.

  • Luxury transport to the marina.

  • A romantic dinner for two at Fino Wine Bar.

  • The total prize value is estimated at NZD [$X,XXX].

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • The prize must be redeemed by 15th October 2025 of the draw date.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be randomly drawn from all valid entries received.

  • The draw will take place on Thursday, 18th April 2024 at Fino Wine Bar, Queenstown.

  • The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw.

  • If the winner does not respond within 5 days, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be drawn.

  • The winner's name may be published on Fino Wine Bar’s social media and website.

7. Prize Conditions

  • The prize does not include flights to Queenstown.

  • Accommodation dates are subject to availability at The Carlin Hotel.

  • The winner must comply with all partner terms and conditions, including cancellation policies and service requirements.

  • The prize must be redeemed within the validity period (before the 15th October 2025).

8. Publicity & Privacy

  • By entering, participants agree to allow Fino Wine Bar and its partners to use their name and image for promotional purposes.

  • By entering, participants agree to allow Fino Wine Bar and its partners to photograph and video the experience.

  • Your information will be shared with all partners included in this promotion and can be used for marketing purposes.

  • Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

9. Disqualification & Liability

  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed fraudulent or does not comply with these terms.

  • The Promoter and its partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in this giveaway or use of the prize.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • Participation in this giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Any disputes related to this Promotion will be governed under New Zealand law.
